The Partners meet
weekly with the Practice Manager and
also participate in regular staff
meetings. Feedback and suggestions
are encouraged from staff and
regularly result in changes to
practice systems for the benefit of
staff and patients.
The Practice Business Meeting is
held monthly and is supplemented
when necessary with evening planning
meetings for the Partners and
Practice Manager (e.g. strategic
planning sessions).
Clinical meetings are held weekly
and provide a forum for discussion
of specific topics, significant
event review, NSFs and audit. These
meetings are open to other members
of the primary health care team as
appropriate.
Primary health care team meetings
are held weekly and involve the
attached staff of the Practice.
The Practice Manager holds regular
staff, departmental and Heads of
Division meetings to ensure
effective two-way communication
within the Practice.
