The Practice has
relatively easy access to three
local hospitals at Stoke Mandeville,
Milton Keynes and Luton and also
refers to the Oxford Hospitals.
Historically 60 - 70% of our acute
referrals have been made to Stoke
Mandeville but the development of
Milton Keynes General Hospital has
altered this pattern slightly.
Many of Stoke
Mandeville’s clinical services are
currently being relocated to High
Wycombe in the next few years will
have a further major impact on
referral patterns.
