Violent Patients
Actual or threatened
physical violence or verbal abuse
against the doctors, members of the
practice staff or other patients
will not be tolerated. In line with
the NHS’s Zero Tolerance Policy,
supported by the Secretary of State,
any such episodes will result in the
immediate removal of that patient’s
name from the practice list.
