• Chrystel joined the Practice in March 2002 with 16 years' experience of general practice. She has now spent 12 years in practice management, but prior to this she worked as a Medical Receptionist and Medical Secretary.

• Sue joined the practice in November 1999 and has performed a variety of administrative roles. She was promoted to the post of Assistant Practice Manager in November 2008 and we are currently studying for her Practice Management Diploma.
